One that provides a healthier alternative and overall better swimming experience in comparison to that of a salt water pools. Having a mineral pool system like the Oxygen Minerale ensures you enjoy better feeling skin, improved muscle regulation, and more energy, just to name a few.

Converting over to the Oxygen Minerale system is as easy as following 3 simple steps outlined below.

Step 1: Reduce Your Water Levels

Remove half of your swimming pools water and top it back up with fresh water.

Step 2: Purasalts

Add Purasalts to your pool. Given that the Purapool Oxygen Minerale operates best when the salt range is between 1800 – 3800ppm, you’ll want to ensure you top up the right amount of Purasalts to achieve the optimal level required. Simply add 2kg of Purasalts to every 1,000 litres of water to raise the mineral levels by 100ppm. To add your Purasalts:

  • Power on the pump to circulate the pool water.
  • Slowly pour in the salt around the outer perimeter of the pool for quick and even distribution.
  • Brush the pool bottom to distribute the Purasalts evenly and allow water to circulate effectivley.

Step 3: Install the Purapool Oxygen Minerale

Now you have added the Purasalts you can remove your chlorinator and start installing the Oxygen Mineral system. Each new Oxygen Minerale comes with a wall mounting bracket to easily secure the system to. When installing the Oxygen cell you will be able to use most of your existing plumbing. The packaging will include 50mm to 40mm fittings for you to use as required; dependant on your existing pool plumbing.
